Baked apple dessert

Perfect for not only adults but also children! ❤️

You will need:

  • 4 apple
  • 4 Veggo tofu cheesecakes
  • 30g Brown sugar (my favourite - coconut palm blossom)
  • 50g chickpea flour
  • 40g #vegan butter

Preparation

First of all – we prepare a “cap” on the principle of crumb cake: mix the flour with sugar, grate the butter – only from the refrigerator, and even better a little kept in the freezer š
Put the prepared one in the refrigerator🌱
We peel the apples and leave the tail – so that it does not remain hollow
Stir in the cheese, add or remake the mixture of flour, sugar and butter and, depending on the apples, bake for 40-60 minutes in a 180-degree oven.

On top – ice cream or whipped cream!
