Vegan cold borscht

  • 1 pack of pickled beets
  • 1L unsweetened cashew milk
  • small teaspoon of mustard ⁣
  • a small teaspoon of apple cider vinegar ⁣
  • a few small cucumbers⁣
  • onion letters ⁣
  • pea sprouts or dill⁣
  • salt, pepper ⁣ ⁣

Have you ever thought about it this season?

1️⃣ Add and crush all ingredients with a food chopper. Add salt and pepper to taste. ⁣
2️⃣ Pour the soup into bowls or glasses and garnish with cucumber skewers and pea sprouts or dill. ⁣
